Creasian Fusion: A Flavorful Asian Fusion Experience in Elk Grove

This was my first time trying this place . Would I be back ? Absolutely! I’d love to come back and try some of the other menu items. The service is good , greeted upon entering . Food is good & and nice atmosphere . Location is decent as well. Would I recommend ? Yes if you like Asian cuisine or Vietnamese food in my opinion they are good .

First time here, and we absolutely loved this place!! We will definitely be back to try other dishes! We ordered the spring rolls, grilled lemongrass chicken combo with garlic noodles, and the short ribs combo with garlic rice. It was all delicious, we'll balanced flavors, meat was tender,and the garlic was not overpowering. Out of all the Vietnamese places we have tried, this is the best one! Great and friendly service, great atmosphere. I was very impressed and satisfied with the flavors. Well priced. You get a lot of food. This is my first time giving 5 stars!

Ok food and service. It was quite busy and not enough worker. Mango shrimp salad was decent. Pho and steak hot plate were ok.

Nice restaurant. Good menu selection. Pleasant wait staff. The salt & pepper calamari however, was so overcooked it was like trying to bite into a rubber dogs chew toy. It was literally impossible to eat. When I brought it to the attention of the staff (I went to the counter as after the food is served, no one comes by to ask if everything is OK) the staff was very apologetic but made no offer to take the item off of our bill, even though we did not ( could not) eat it, or replace it with something edible. I did give 4 stars as it was a clean, comfortable restaurant and the egg rolls were delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Creasian Fusion today. We ordered the garlic noodles with Korean short ribs and the stir-fried glass noodles with shrimp and crab — both were flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. The short ribs were tender and juicy, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Beyond the delicious food, I truly appreciate the attentive service and the comfortable, inviting atmosphere. For me, enjoying a meal is not just about taste, but also about the overall experience and this place delivers on all of it. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I decided to try this restaurant the other day, and the food did not disappoint. My husband and I enjoyed everything that we ordered. The food was seasoned to perfection. Next time I go back, I will try their Pho. If you like asian fusion (food) you must try this restaurant. We ordered the pan-fried glass noodles, salt, and pepper shrimp with garlic noodles, spring rolls, and the tamarind chicken wings. Our food was delicious. Hats off to the chef!
